PACA is a group of cyclists that ride for a cause: to provide for the needs of homeless and abused youth in Texas. Every year, thousands of Texas children are abused and neglected by the adults they love and trust. City House, a non-profit agency located in Plano, provides emergency shelter and transitional residential services for children and young adults who are in need due to abuse, neglect, or homelessness.
