Our history is a brief one as we are a brand new cycling club in North Texas. Our founder, Shannon Halla, is the Development Director of City House, our beneficiary. She is also a cyclist who has ridden for many causes over the last decade. In an effort to bring her passion for cycling together with her passion for helping hurting children, Shannon started PACA (Pedaling Against Child Abuse). She pulled together a stellar team of advisors, got a cool logo created by Something2Prove, a website designed by Cornerstone BTI, and the support of many, many riders and friends and family.
